Ensure your jewelry is still within its original, factory-sealed clear packaging and that the tamper-evident seal has not been broken or manipulated.

Initiate Request

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the sealed jewelry inside a padded bubble mailer or a protective box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

Ship and Track

Mail your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns department; once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
